Product Description

99% Al2O3 Ceramic Insulator Base Thread Alumina Gas Distribution Channel

Alumina ceramic part is produced by firing a tightly packed powder form of Al2O3 which includes some binder material. Commercially available grades range from 90% up to 99.95% with the higher purity generating somewhat higher hardness. Alumina Ceramics are the most highly regarded and widely used of the ceramic products. It is non-conductive, resistant to corrosion,  and are perfect for electrical insulation. Alumina Ceramic has proven to be the best ceramic for protection of vital electrical components. It can be processed as tubing, sheets, bars, rods, discs, and many other forms depending on the requirements of the project.

High Hardness Al2O3 Thermal Shock Resistance Aluminum Oxide Gas Distribution Channel

Thread Alumina Gas Distribution Channel

The threaded alumina air distribution channel is a high-performance ceramic airflow component manufactured from high-purity alumina material. Different from flange connection types, it adopts precision internal and external thread structure, which enables quick assembly, reliable locking and seamless connection during equipment installation.
This air distribution channel exhibits outstanding resistance to high temperature, thermal shock, acid and alkali corrosion. The dense and smooth ceramic inner wall ensures even gas distribution, low air resistance and stable airflow output, effectively improving the uniformity of the furnace internal atmosphere and temperature field.
With high mechanical strength, good wear resistance and zero pollution to process gas, our threaded alumina air tubes greatly reduce equipment maintenance frequency and extend service life in continuous industrial operation.

High Hardness Al2O3 Thermal Shock Resistance Aluminum Oxide Gas Distribution Channel

Alumina Oxide (Al2O3) Properties:

◆ High Hardness
Strong wear resistance, durable and not easy to wear.

◆ Excellent Thermal Conductivity
The thermal conductivity at room temperature is 30~40W/(m·K), which is higher than that of steel, copper and aluminum.

◆ Good Chemical Stability
Resistant to acid, alkali and salt corrosion.

◆ High Temperature Stability
Withstands 1600℃ high temperature and has high temperature stability.
