99% Al2O3 Ceramic Insulator Base Flanged Alumina Ceramic Insulation Seat
Alumina ceramic part is produced by firing a tightly packed powder form of Al2O3 which includes some binder material. Commercially available grades range from 90% up to 99.95% with the higher purity generating somewhat higher hardness. Alumina Ceramics are the most highly regarded and widely used of the ceramic products. It is non-conductive, resistant to corrosion, and are perfect for electrical insulation. Alumina Ceramic has proven to be the best ceramic for protection of vital electrical components. It can be processed as tubing, sheets, bars, rods, discs, and many other forms depending on the requirements of the project.
99% Al₂O₃ ceramic insulator base is precision machined from high-purity alumina ceramic. It features excellent electrical insulation, high mechanical strength, outstanding wear resistance and thermal stability. Custom dimensions, threaded holes and flange bolt holes are available according to your drawings. Widely used in high-voltage equipment, semiconductor, vacuum system and industrial power devices as insulating supporting components..
Custom precision machining is available, including inner & outer diameter, wall thickness and multi‑hole drilling as per customer drawings. This ceramic insulator seat keeps stable physical properties under high‑temperature and harsh corrosive environments. It is commonly used as protective inner lining for industrial equipment, thermal devices and chemical processing facilities to reduce medium erosion and mechanical friction, prolonging equipment service life.
