Custom Hollow Solid Alumina Ceramic Roller for High‑Temperature Sintering Equipment
Alumina ceramic part is produced by firing a tightly packed powder form of Al2O3 which includes some binder material. Commercially available grades range from 90% up to 99.95% with the higher purity generating somewhat higher hardness. Alumina Ceramics are the most highly regarded and widely used of the ceramic products. It is non-conductive, resistant to corrosion, and are perfect for electrical insulation. Alumina Ceramic has proven to be the best ceramic for protection of vital electrical components. It can be processed as tubing, sheets, bars, rods, discs, and many other forms depending on the requirements of the project.
Alumina half‑ring is a precision structural ceramic part made of high‑purity alumina, processed by isostatic pressing, high‑temperature sintering and fine machining. It features a semi‑circular split‑ring geometry, designed for assembling and lining circular chambers, furnace tubes and heating modules.
Boasting excellent high‑temperature resistance, outstanding thermal‑shock performance and superior chemical inertness, the alumina half‑ring can withstand long‑term service under high‑heat and corrosive atmosphere environments. Low thermal conductivity provides thermal insulation effect, while high mechanical hardness and wear resistance extend service life under cyclic temperature changes.
The split half‑ring structure brings great convenience for installation, maintenance and replacement without disassembling the whole furnace tube. Tight machining tolerance ensures good fitting accuracy when multiple half‑rings are spliced into a full circle.
Commonly used as furnace insulation segments, inner lining spacers, supporting blocks and shielding components for tube furnaces, sintering furnaces and thermal treatment equipment. Custom‑made outer diameter, inner diameter, thickness and arc size are available upon customer drawings and samples.
