Product Description

Industrial Alumina Oxide Ceramic Balls for Dispersing & Polishing

Alumina balls (Al₂O₃) are high‑performance sintered ceramic spheres available in multiple purity grades: 95%, 99% and 99.7%. Featuring high hardness, excellent wear resistance, superior chemical inertness and high‑temperature stability, these ceramic balls minimize metal contamination during processing. Widely used as grinding media for ball mills, catalyst support media, tower packing, precision bearing components and insulation parts. Custom sizes and precision grades G10‑G100 are available. Bulk supply & OEM service supported.

Our alumina balls deliver minimal contamination to processed materials. They serve as ideal grinding media for ball mills, attritors and sand mills, perfect for ceramic raw materials, paints, coatings, pigments, inks, electronics materials, powders grinding and food‑grade processing. Multiple sizes from tiny micro‑beads to large‑diameter spheres are available to match your grinding and milling requirements.

Key Characteristics & Benefits:

  • Ultra-high Hardness & Wear Resistance: With Mohs hardness close to 9 grades, alumina balls resist abrasion and deformation during long-term cyclic operation, effectively reducing equipment wear and maintenance frequency.
  • Excellent Electrical Insulation: As an ideal insulating ceramic material, it completely avoids current leakage and electric pitting damage, perfectly adapting to electronic and high-precision electrical equipment working conditions.
  • Superior Chemical Inertness: Resistant to erosion from most weak acids, weak alkalis, organic solvents and aqueous solutions, no oxidation or deterioration occurs in conventional corrosive environments.
  • High Temperature & Thermal Stability: Stable physical and chemical properties under continuous high-temperature working conditions, with outstanding thermal shock resistance to frequent temperature changes.
  • High Precision & Low Friction: Strict sphericity and dimensional tolerance control, smooth polished surface reduces friction coefficient, ensuring stable high-speed operation.
  • Zero Pollution & High Purity: No metal impurity precipitation, suitable for high-cleanliness production environments such as fine chemicals and electronic materials processing.
