Silicon Nitride (Si₃N₄) Ceramic Segment
Silicon nitride ceramic segments, also known as curved ceramic tiles, are precision sintered structural ceramic parts. The arc‑shaped segmented design is widely assembled as inner liner for sand mills, bead mills and grinding machines.
Made of high‑performance sintered silicon nitride, these curved ceramic tiles deliver superior mechanical strength, excellent wear resistance and outstanding thermal‑shock resistance. It can withstand high‑speed impact and material scouring, greatly extend service life. Meanwhile, silicon nitride avoids metal contamination to grinding media, which is critical for high‑purity material processing.
Si3N4 Ceramic Parts are a man made compound synthesized through several different chemical reaction methods. they are pressed and sintered by well developed methods to produce a ceramic with a unique set of outstanding properties. The material is dark gray to black in color and can be polished to a very smooth reflective surface, giving parts with a striking appearance.
