Silicon nitride (Si₃N₄) ceramic screw is a high‑performance ceramic fastener. It features high mechanical strength, excellent corrosion resistance, good thermal‑shock resistance, electrical insulation and non‑magnetic property. Ideal replacement for metal screws under corrosive, high‑temperature and special‑magnetic‑interference working scenarios. Custom thread size, head style and length are available.
High Precision Silicon Nitride Fastening Screws
Silicon nitride ceramic fastening screws are produced by cold isostatic pressing and sintering followed by multi‑axis precision grinding. As specialized ceramic clamping parts, they replace metal fasteners in harsh working conditions to solve metal‑part failures such as rapid wear, chemical corrosion, cold welding and deformation under high‑stress operation.Compared with stainless steel and alloy fasteners, Si₃N₄ screws avoid metal problems including rusting, chemical corrosion, cold welding and magnetic interference.
Silicon nitride fasteners retain stable mechanical properties at elevated temperatures. They resist erosion by most acids, alkalis, salt solutions and organic solvents. Low density greatly reduces assembly weight; low thermal expansion minimizes stress caused by temperature cycling.
