Zirconia (ZrO₂) ceramic structural parts are advanced precision engineering ceramics manufactured from high-purity zirconia powder with stabilizers such as yttria, through dry pressing, isostatic pressing and high-temperature sintering. Known as “ceramic steel”, zirconia ceramics stand out among structural ceramic materials for their exceptional toughness, ultra-high strength and outstanding wear resistance, widely used for precision structural components under harsh mechanical and thermal working conditions.
Our zirconia (ZrO₂) mortar and pestle sets are high-performance laboratory grinding tools made of yttria-stabilized zirconia ceramic, widely recognized as “ceramic steel” in advanced material processing.
